Reclaim Revenue LLC dba GoReclaim ("Reclaim," "we," "us," or "our") is an Illinois limited liability company providing lead conversion, booking automation, and contractor matching services to home services businesses and homeowners. By using our services or website at goreclaim.io, you ("Client" or "you") agree to these Terms of Service.

Services are billed monthly in advance. By providing a payment method, you authorize Reclaim to charge your card automatically on the same date each month.
You may cancel at any time with 30 days written notice to hello@goreclaim.io. We may also cancel with 30 days notice, or immediately if you violate these terms. Upon cancellation, we'll send you a complete export of your lead and performance data within 7 business days.

We work hard to improve your lead conversion rates, but we cannot guarantee specific outcomes. Results depend on factors we don't control: lead quality, your pricing, your market, and the nature of your service. We'll always be transparent about what we're seeing in your data.

All lead data, customer information, and business data you share with us belongs to you. We will never sell, share, or use your data for any purpose other than delivering your services. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle data.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reclaim's total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total fees you paid us in the three months prior to the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.
Our systems, workflows, software, and methodology are our intellectual property. Your data, brand, and customer relationships are yours. Nothing here grants either party rights to the other's intellectual property beyond what's needed to deliver the services.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any disputes that can't be resolved through good faith negotiation will be submitted to binding arbitration in Cook County, Illinois.
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll email you at least 14 days before any significant changes take effect. Continued use of our services after that date means you accept the updated terms.
